Join us for an unforgettable evening as the FutureMedLA Foundation (formerly the Patient Care Foundation), in proud partnership with the Los Angeles County Medical Association, presents the 2025 L.A. Healthcare Awards—taking place Friday, November 14 at the Maybourne Beverly Hills.

  • Nominees must serve or have demonstrable impact within Los Angeles County.

  • You may submit for more than one category, but separate forms must be completed for each nomination.

  • Honors a trailblazing leader or institution whose bold vision and lasting contributions have fundamentally shaped the future of healthcare in Los Angeles. Recognizes transformative leadership in policy, public-private partnership, health system innovation, or access to care—aligned with advancing health equity and physician-driven solutions.

  • Recognizes a physician whose leadership transcends clinical care—driving innovation, policy, or organizational change to elevate patient outcomes and community health. Ideal for physicians leading care redesign, championing advocacy, mentoring future leaders, or advancing the profession through organized medicine.

  • Celebrates an organization that is redefining healthcare through bold, solution-driven innovation—leveraging technology, data, and breakthrough models to expand access, elevate quality, and improve health outcomes across Los Angeles. Open to health systems, payers, startups, and cross-sector collaborations delivering scalable, measurable, and sustainable solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges and disparities.

  • Honors those who have meaningfully advanced health equity in historically underserved communities—through innovative, community-centered approaches to access, engagement, and care delivery. Recognizes efforts that turn vision into action through grassroots leadership, partnerships, and measurable impact.

  • Recognizes outstanding storytelling, journalism, or communications that elevate public awareness of health issues affecting Los Angeles. Honorees may include investigative journalists, media outlets, entertainment leaders, or advocacy campaigns that inform, inspire, and influence public understanding and policy change.

  • Honors a dedicated non-physician advocate—whether a legislator, healthcare executive, or other leader—who has driven meaningful change in healthcare policy, access, or equity for the people of Los Angeles. Celebrates bold leadership that strengthens protections for patients and providers, advances organized medicine, and shapes more just healthcare system.
